Thank you for choosing Paisleyminipet for a custom pet portrait. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your artwork is created and delivered.
1. Queue System & Sketch Timeline
We operate on a first-come, first-served queue system to ensure quality for every artwork.
· Sketch Delivery: Once your spot in the queue is reached, we will send you the digital sketch for approval within 1-3 days.
· Payment: Payment is only requested AFTER you have confirmed the sketch and are happy with the composition.
· Final Artwork: After payment is confirmed, we will begin the final rendering.
2. Shipping Cost & Dispatch Location
· Free Shipping: We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders.
· Dispatch Location: All orders are shipped from China.
3. Production & Processing Time
· Sketch Approval Stage: 1-3 days after your queue number is called.
· Final Artwork Creation: Typically takes [e.g., 5-7 business days] after sketch approval (depending on complexity).
· Packaging: Artwork is carefully packaged and handed to the carrier within 1-2 business days after completion.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Once your artwork is shipped, estimated delivery times are:
· UK & Europe: Typically 7-14 business days
· USA, Canada & Australia: Typically 10-20 business days
· Other International Destinations: Typically 10-25 business days
Note: These are carrier estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, holidays, or local logistics issues.
5. Tracking Information
· As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number and tracking link via email.
· Please allow 2-3 days for the tracking information to update in the system.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
· Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the outer packaging and the artwork immediately and email us within 48 hours.
· Lost Packages: For international orders with no tracking updates for over 20 business days, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier.
· Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for items lost due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
7. Order Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please email us immediately after placing your queue spot. Once the package is dispatched, changes are no longer possible.
