Thank you for choosing Paisleyminipet for a custom pet portrait. To ensure a transparent and fair process, please read our policy carefully.

1. Our "Sketch First" Process
To guarantee your satisfaction, we operate on a "Sketch Pre-Approval" basis:

· After receiving your photos, we will create a digital sketch (composition and pose) for your review.
· Payment is only requested AFTER you have confirmed the sketch and given us the green light to proceed.

2. Custom Product Disclaimer
Because your portrait is a personalized / custom-made item (as defined under the Consumer Rights Act 2015):

· Once you confirm the sketch AND make payment, the order enters the final creation phase and cannot be canceled.
· You waive your right to the 14-day "cooling-off" period, as the finished product is made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Due to the custom nature of our work, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations for the following reasons:

· Change of mind (e.g., you decided you don't like the style, or your family thinks it doesn't look like them).
· Providing new photos after work has started (we strictly use the photos provided during the sketch phase).
· Artistic interpretation: As these are handmade artworks, there may be slight differences between the final piece and the sketch (e.g., minor rendering details). This is considered part of the charm of original art and not a defect.

4. What We Guarantee
We guarantee that the final artwork will match the approved sketch. We will take responsibility if:

· Major Error: The final piece is significantly different from the sketch you approved (e.g., we painted the wrong color pet or forgot a key feature that was clearly visible in the sketch).
· Extreme Delay: We fail to deliver the artwork within the agreed timeframe.

5. Dispute Resolution
If you believe your situation falls under Section 4 (Our Fault), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your artwork.

1. Your Order Number.
2. A screenshot of the sketch you approved.
3. A photo of the final artwork received.

We will review the case and offer a solution (usually a free revision or a partial refund).

6. Shipping
 As custom items are non-refundable, shipping costs are non-refundable. If we need to reship an item due to our error, we will cover the new shipping cost.
